Studies show it can take up to 6 weeks to really embody new routines and habits. Throughout these 50 days, you’ll have the opportunity to develop real, sustainable relationships with habits that you know will benefit you. This challenge is much more than a fitness program. You’ll be asked to work the muscles of service, kindness, compassion and care with your community.

BEAST MODE is designed for the individual who is looking to feel like an absolute savage after these 50 days. We’re talking mentally sharper, physically stronger, lean, mean fighting machines.

MOVE MODE is designed for the human who is seeking novelty, flow and vulnerability through movement. This program is designed for the individual who wants to move better, feel more regulated and truly embody their physical and mental strength!

DISCIPLINE IS THE DEEPEST FORM OF SELF LOVE. 

IN OTHER WORDS -- KEEPING A PROMISE TO YOURSELF IS ANOTHER FORM OF SELF LOVE.

Self Love comes in many different forms. This challenge will ask a lot of you, but not in a way that feels terrorizing or shameful. This challenge is supposed to push you to see all versions of yourself and for you to connect with the version of yourself that you want to keep around.

Approach this challenge with curiosity and some selfishness. You might learn something about yourself or your internal and external support system. Whatever comes out of this is for you! The FIT&FLOW50 might be another challenge for you to conquer, however, we encourage a period after to integrate whatever you got out of this. There is no us telling you what you're going to go through personally or what you are going to learn. Exploration, pressure, and discipline are what we are saving for you in this challenge.

Push yourself and be kind to yourself. Challenge your balance, so after all this craziness it's easier to find your rhythm.

MORE ABOUT FIT&FLOW50

A 50-Day Fitness Jumpstart called FIT&FLOW50 that includes small group training, nutrition coaching, and accountability. All sessions are held LIVE and In-Person at The Den in Colorado Springs.

Due to the stringent rules of FIT&FLOW50 this program may not be for everyone.

 

It’s important that you are ready to commit to your health and fitness before embarking on a journey like this.

 

You do not need to be in shape or have any exercise experience to participate...you only need to be ready to make a commitment to yourself regarding your health and fitness.

  • Humans who can Commit 8-12 hours of training a week

  • Hybrid Athlete, Fighters, Special Forces Operators, Law Enforcement Officers, and anyone looking to physically and mentally expand their capacity for life.

IS DESIGNED FOR...

  • Humans who want to develop a balanced movement practice

  • Humans who want to get over the hump of "not feeling like it" mentality when deep down you know you have the energy 

  • Humans who can commit to 6-10 hours of training and recovering a week 

  • Humans who appreciate community tools, resources and altruistic moments

  • Humans who want structure to explore their mental and physical capacity to live a greater life for themselves and surrounding envrionment.​

  • "No Excuses" Unlimited Strength and Conditioning, primal movement, Steel Mace Flow, and MMA Training at The Den Somatics.

  • "We See You" Get Weekly accountability check-ins from The Den coaches and from FIT&FLOW50 friends so you can be certain you won't fall off the wagon like most people when they begin an exercise program...which means you'll get better results than you ever have before.

  • The Den Nutritional Guide is offered to support you in your 50-day challenge. Find foods, routines, and much more that keep you energized throughout each day and in this 50-day Journey!

SO WHAT'S THE PLAN WHEN I SIGN UP?

STEP 1: Post signing up, one of our coaches will reach out and HYPE you the F*CK up.

STEP 2: FIT&FLOW50 begins on SEPTEMBER 22nd! By that time your coach will have provided you with all the FIT&FLOW50 material you need and you will have access to The FIT&FLOW50 and The Den discord and the online program. *access will vary based on virtual/in-person participation. 

​

STEP 3: We land on September 22nd and you grab FIT&FLOW50 by the horns! 

​

There are going to be a lot of steps between September and November. Though, our coaches will send out weekly reminders, reflection questions, and offer engaging events all to support your FIT&FLOW50 journey! 

​

END DATE: November 10th

​

This is a month and a few weeks from the Winter Solstice. By then there is time to rest, reflect, and integrate this experience. Community is available after this challenge - so don't let this challenge stop here.
